How It Works

The NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service offers patients the option of having a face-to-face or remote consultation with a pharmacist following an initial assessment by an NHS 111 call advisor. This call advisor will then be able to refer you to our pharmacy for your consultation.

Community Pharmacist Consultant Service For Minor Ailments

We know how important is to be able to access treatments speedily and easily. Utilising the NHS CPCS service means that you won’t have to spend a significant time waiting for treatment.

Another advantage of our service is that the NHS will also benefit. Being able to access treatments for minor ailments through our pharmacy will ease pressure on GPs and A&E departments alike. This is especially crucial at a time when our health system is under unprecedented levels of pressure.

But there’s no reason to be concerned. Our pharmacists are trained to an extremely high degree and can provide these treatments in a safe, professional, and effective way. Plus, we know when you need to be referred to your GP or A&E and will advise you accordingly. We can always connect you with the right care provider for your needs.
